What is included in every plan?
All plans include full access to the Routes platform, including the Digital Career Passport for every learner, the organisation Control Centre, dynamic CV creation, PDF export and outcome reporting tools.
How does the 200-learner limit work?
Every plan includes up to 200 learners from day one. If your cohort grows beyond that, additional users are charged at just £10 per user per year — a straightforward, affordable rate.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Contact us via our contact page and we will help you move to the plan that best suits your organisation.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. You pay only the plan price. We provide onboarding support to get your organisation and learners up and running quickly.
How long is the introductory annual offer available?
The £3,000 annual rate is a limited introductory offer for new clients, valid for three months from today. The standard rate of £4,000 per year applies thereafter.
Can employers access Routes for free?
Yes. Employers access the Talent platform at no cost. Routes generates revenue through organisations, keeping the hiring side completely free.
What happens to my account if I leave an organisation?
Your Routes passport is always yours. If you leave an organisation — or your organisation ends its subscription — you can move onto an individual learner account and keep everything you have built. Your achievements, records, CV and profile stay intact. Nothing is lost.
How much does an individual learner account cost?
Individual accounts are available at £9.99 per year. You get full access to your Digital Career Passport, rich media CV, PDF export, employer discovery and mentor referencing — all for less than the cost of a coffee a month.
