CV Status
The App visually encourages the user to add content into the seven fundamental sections of the CV. Profile, Qualifications, Interests, Achievements, Work Experience, References & Football Specific Attributes.
Mentor Messaging centre
Users can request mentor comments on aspects of their learning, achievements & progress as well as to provide references for inclusion in their CV. Users can also receive mentor messages, guiding them in how to expand their holistic development record & CV.
Profile Builder
Users can create a personalised and detailed profile within a simple, editable and intuitive user interface. No prior knowledge of CV writing is necessary, by simply adding info, the app will dynamically build a CV that can be viewed at the tap of a button.
Course Progression Tracker
Current course modules, units & behaviours are presented in the progression overview screen. Each can be accessed to update predicted & achieved grades. Coursework, notes, audio memos, videos & pictures can be uploaded into sections to support learning and to evidence academic & sporting achievements.
Dynamic CV Output
Users can choose to generate a CV with three progressive levels of content. Each more sophisticated & interactive - Snapshot view, Detail view, Holistic Development Showcase.
Football Club Control Centre features for mentors
1 - 1 Messaging
This function enables staff to offer guidance on all aspects of a scholars’ CV showcase. The ability to suggest the inclusion of specific qualification and football related content, means that the scholar can build a comprehensive picture of their individual qualities.
TRANSFERABLE SKILLS RATING
Working closely with scholars means mentors quickly gain an insight into their individual qualities. This function, allows them to offer a transferable skills rating of 1-10 with supporting statements that appear automatically in the CV Showcase.
Scholar CV Realtime View
Staff with control centre access can select specific scholars and generate a browser-based interaction with their CV Showcase. This allows for a complete view of the individual’s content at any point in time.
CV Status Prompt
Once a review of a scholar’s CV has been conducted, staff can adjust the ‘status’ for each of the seven sections. This updates the CV status in a scholar’s app prompting and encouraging the scholar to update those sections needing further content.
Scholar Journey Tracking
This enables a club to keep an accurate record of each scholars’ career pathway so that an on-going relationship can be continued at an appropriately supportive level. Also, clubs can easily generate reports, evidencing their commitment to maintain a duty of care even after release.
